As part of the Commitment to Service, ERA Members agree to:
- Provide a comparative market analysis of your home based on similar sales and competing properties to establish the initial market value of your property.
- Prepare a good-faith estimate of anticipated expenses, reflecting the estimated proceeds you could receive based on your asking or agreed upon price.
- Work together to develop a customized marketing plan to sell your home for the best price in the least amount of time.
- Provide you with exposure of your property listing with description and photo(s) through ERA.com, ERAStirling.com and REALTOR.com.
- Contact you regularly to discuss the selling progress of your home and include feedback from sales associates showing the property. I will return any messages as soon as possible and will be happy to provide you with progress reports.
- Review your competitive marketing strategy every 30 days based on the ongoing activity within the market.
- Offer a financing pre-approval service to prospective buyers, and to you when you're ready to buy, thus offering peace of mind regarding the financing process. ERA Mortgage is available to provide this service.
- Provide information on the ERA Home Protection Home (HHP)* coverage to make your home as marketable as possible by protecting the buyer of your home for one-year after the sale against high repair costs and the ERA SELLER PROTECTION PLAN (SSP)* that can protect you against unexpected repair costs while your home is for sale.
- Assist with your new home buying needs or provide you with a qualified sales associate through our National Referral Network to help you in finding a home in your next community.
