ERA Stirling Lafayette is the consolidation of two strong real estate firms, each with unique specialties. In 1976, Maurin-Ogden came into existence as a real estate development company specializing in retail shopping center development in the Gulf South. In 1986, Maurin-Ogden acquired Stirling Properties, a commercial brokerage and management firm.

GROWTH:

Based in New Orleans, Stirling Properties opened a commercial office in Lafayette in 1988. A Lafayette residential division was added in August of 1989, with a highly qualified staff and more than 20 top agents. It quickly grew both personnel and market share becoming the #2 company in Acadiana. With 50 agents today, our professionalism is evidenced by the many designations held by these agents, our first rate marketing plan and advanced technology.
